French authorities are still reeling from what’s being called the “heist of the century” — the $102 million theft of French Crown Jewels from the Louvre Museum in Paris last month. Investigators say the museum’s video surveillance password was simply “Louvre,” sparking outrage over its lax security at the home of masterpieces like the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and the nearly four-millennia-old Code of Hammurabi.
