James McCann is a stand-up comedian who has moved to Texas from Adelaide, South Australia, and has performed at some of the biggest comedy clubs and festivals from around the world. His early shows at Adelaide fringe were titled ‘Wolf Creek: The Musical’, and ‘The Sound of Nazis’. In Austin, he is now the host of The James Donald Forbes McCann Catamaran Plan podcast - description below:
“Writer/comedian/low-income husband and father James Donald Forbes McCann does not own a boat—yet! It is only a matter of time before this soon-to-be-lucrative podcast changes that sad fact.”
Tomorrow, he is joining Francis and Konstantin on the show to discuss American culture and comedy as an Ozzy and outsider, as well as his Christianity in the comedy scene.

Hi James/Trigg, as a 30 year old creative working in the arts, is moving country to somewhere such as Australia/from the UK becoming a more viable option ? Rather than growing a business in the arts in the UK, where it’s getting increasingly harder to stand up for your principles against increasing identity politics, DEI cutting our jobs directly, plus the risk of increasing taxes and 1984 control making it tougher to exist. Joe John.
Who has been your favourite comedian on kill Tony? Who are some up and coming comedians to look out for from the Texas scene?
