It seems like if you wanted to ensure the rich got richer and everyone else got what's coming then the first step would be to ensure the political system was entirely consumed by conflicts that posed the least risk of wealth redistribution.

It would also be good to have women in the workforce rather than at home thus simultaneously increasing the level of supply in the workforce and lowering pressure on wages and increasing consumer demand thus maintaining, or in the case of housing, increasing prices.

Family formation would be destroyed along with the birth rate but new bodies can be cheaply imported sometimes already educated from the 3rd world.

There could be no better way to make this happen than to encourage women's lib and endless other left wing causes in the education system and mainstream media. The additional supply of workers would also create a credential inflation spiral increasing the power and influence of the education system.

This would ensure, for as long as it lasted, there would be no Roosevelt 'New Deal' and the political shouting would instead be confined and distracted to god & guns on the right vs pronouns, transing school kids etc on the left.

As such the political system has been successfully emasculated and rendered impotent by transforming the Left's 'class' fixation from an economic orientation to a (woke vs oppressed) ideological one through the media and education systems. It's not some vast conspiracy, all it needed to happen was to shape 'favorable' changes already emerging in western society. In particular women's participation in the workforce during WW2 and the contraceptive pill for the subsequent generation washed down with lashings of postmodernism.

This suited elites in both the left and the right. And of course has been pretty rough on the other 90%.

Have I got this essentially right or am I missing something? Where do we go from here?
