Does Douglas have a favourite type of Cheese?

Assuming mass immigration is greatly reduced what does Douglas think is the best way to handle the lack of integration by many Islamic communities in the UK? Forced remigration for those who have citizenship is morally problematic and legally complicated so realistically what should be done?

Good question!

Personally, I think Prevent needs to be split into two separate entities. Maybe you're aware of the meeting in which they bemoaned the presence of Douglas on the cultural landscape, but admitted there was nothing they could do to curtail his speech.

One agency could deal with the fluffy Leftist ideology. Making friends, building communities ties. Dump all the cultural relativists into the fluffy and light agency. The second agency should deal with deterrence- making sure the particular communities know that previous criminal behaviour will no longer be tolerated, and will include such measures as giving support and evidential access to victims pursuing financial recompense. Charlie Peters said in his recent podcast with the guys that one of his most satisfying moments was watching a victim get £250K from a rapist.

My view, split the carrot from the stick, and wield both strategically to create better outcomes. Also strip most of the translation industrial complex. If you move to country, you should learn the language. In 2022 the translation industry in the UK was worth roughly $2 billion. There are some forms of rights which are natural (inalienable), so translators would still be needed for courts and legal processes, but in most areas this requirement simply doesn't apply (or shouldn't). In many ways it depends whether the right is natural (inalienable), or statutory.

It's a little known fact that the civil service grew from 400K to 600K since the pandemic. Civil servants are like barnacles- famously difficult to dislodge. I worked out it would be easy to vet all migrants- legal, illegal and asylum seeking. The court of appeals has already set a precedence by vetting the thousands of claims of innocence they receive each year with lie detector tests. Unsurprisingly, the offer of a lie detector massively reduces those who continue to protest their innocence. 10,000 civil servants processing 2 people a day, 200 days a year could vet huge numbers of people. Questions could include the following. Have you ever killed someone? Have you ever had sex with an unwilling woman? Do you believe Jews are subhuman or Satanic?

Hello cousin Douglas, so far in February alone in Europe we've seen

Moroccan stabs an 11-year-old girl to death in the Netherlands

Three separate AK-47 shootings near the same subway station in Brussels

Brazillian migrant stabs three strangers at their doors in Dublin

Afghan asylum seeker drives a car through a crowd in Munich, killing a 2-year-old girl and her mother

12 people injured by a grenade thrown into a bar in Grenoble

2 stabbed by Palestinian asylum-seekers in Athens

African stabs a man to death in the centre of Dublin

Syrian asylum seeker stabs a 14-year-old to death and injures five others in a terror attack in Austria

We can't go on living like this, our governments will do nothing, when does the resistance start?

Good question, if your list isn't enough for Europe to stamp out violence that immigration brings with it - what would it take to make European countries act swiftly and decisively?

Following JD Vance's statements at the Munich Security Conference regarding the diverging paths of the US and European countries on free speech, should the US continue to support Europe or should the US treat its European allies in a more transactional manner until such time that they realign on free speech?

Also, should America put the Special Relationship on the table with Britain? Perhaps my understanding is misguided, but if Britain is leading the rest of Europe in efforts to achieve global censorship and surveilance, perhaps it's time for we Yanks to cut ties and prepare to prevail in the coming shitshow.

Over the last few decades the United States has an experienced an uptick in a critique of conservative and western values while promoting progressive and far-left values as if there was a coordinated mission happening behind the scenes. Ideas like open borders, critical whiteness, intersectionality, post-colonial theory, anti-capitalism, and advocating for shutting down of free speech and religious values have shown themselves time and time again in colleges, protests, modern literature and media, etc... My questions for Douglas is.. where is this coming from, and what do the true believers of these ideologies REALLY want as the end-game?

In an interview with Jordan Peterson last year, Douglas described the AfD as a mixture of regular conservatives and people who are effectively Nazis. Does he think that description still holds true and, if so, how does he view the prospect of the AfD doing well in the upcoming German elections?

I think the answer to that is mixed. It's an association of strange bedfellows. At the policy level, there is nothing particularly odious- the ban on gay marriage doesn't preclude civil partnerships and Alice Weigel herself is openly lesbian and in a committed relationship with two (?) adopted kids. On the other hand their is the party elder issue- apparently there is a party elder from Thuringia and nothing happens in the AfD without his say so.

There are several accusations against Björn Höcke. Perhaps the most damning is that he attended a meeting in January 2024, to discuss deporting millions. Apparently the discussion included many who had already been granted citizenship. There are specific reasons why citizenship can be revoked- in the event of sufficiently serious criminal convictions, if an application was fraudulent (particularly relevant for modern asylum-seeking), but on a wholesale basis, it's a non-starter, unless a legal argument can be made that the process of granting citizenship itself had become entirely corrupted.

That being said, I don't know whether the discussions were wholesale or relating to individuals. There are also accusations that he maintains ties with neo-Nazi organisations, but I do know how true these accusations are. There is also the constituency argument. When the AfD was founded in 2013, their support was 4.7%. Now it's about 20%. There is a similar argument about being against mass migration in the UK.

Back in the early nineties, when migration levels were sensible, the percentage of people who were concerned about immigration was 3%. Many of them were probably racist. Now 76% have said immigration over the past 10 years has been too high. A recent Sky poll asked an interesting question: who will you definitely not vote for in the next election. It was 55/56% for the Tories, and the same for Reform- with only 1% in it. They didn't release the answer to the same question about Labour (although admittedly I didn't watch to the end), which, given their sympathies, makes me suspect the answer for Labour was even worse than the Tories or Reform.

But. of course, you wanted Douglas to answer the question!

Sorry mate!

As an Israeli, I think you are one of the very few voices that express the truth about the dangers of radical islamism, which we have been experiencing since Israel was founded. What do you think the Israeli government, which does little to none in this area, could do, to promote our narrative and somehow affect the public opinion of Israel in the west?

Hello Douglas,

Thank you for taking our questions.

Do you think VP Vance made any headway in his Munich speech or did his message fall predominantly on deaf ears?

Thank you,

Mr. Murray, your books "The Madness of Crowds" and "The War on The West" are a treasure trove of wit, history, and insight. I really look forward to reading your new book! My question is this: As a literature and poetry teacher at a university in New York City, what do you think I can do to best teach Western values? Or put another way: Which Western values should I emphasize in the classroom?

Wow good question. Here's an interesting observation- if we want to create a less woke version of AI we should feed it poetry. Poetry better reflects the values of our civilisation. It is less of the moment.

Douglas, as a Jew, I want to thank you for your solidarity and friendship. May God be with you always. My question is this: why do you think the cultural left celebrates ugliness (in art, in fashion, in language, in all manner of things) and how can we encourage our society to appreciate and enable beauty again?

Question: can you please shed a light on the claims that Israel holds many people in prisons, detained without putting them on trial or even formally accusing them of a crime? Many of them are supposed to be underage. What is the truth in all of this, if there's any at all, and if there is, can you please elaborate on the justifications made by Israel and its defenders? Thank you.

Great to have you back again! So grateful for the way you articulate things.

Do you think the Reform party will be capable of forming a government in 2029, in terms of 1) getting the required calibre of candidates, then 2) will those people be able to have any meaningful effect on policy due to the inertia of civil servants/the “blob” and pushback from those who know the system better?
