Dimitar Cholakov is a former Metropolitan Police officer who trained under a dedicated mentor teaching real legislation and role-play, while powers above pushed Broken Windows Theory and BLM debates. He served on Safer Neighbourhoods in diverse Church Street, briefly with the Violence Suppression Unit learning intel-led policing, then Response at Charing Cross, understaffed shifts risking eventual crisis. He also translated in custody (Bulgarian/Greek/Croatian), holding Level 2 Public Order and Taser training.
Tomorrow, he is coming on to discuss his story and first-hand experience of the recruitment and training process, DEI within the force and the university degree requirements that he believes are unnecessary.
