My question is not intended to be confrontational, but to what extent do you think we can take anti-aging strategies too far?
What if the human body has evolved to survive for roughly the proverbial "three score years and ten"? A careful diet and lifestyle, plus extensive intervention from medical science, can prolong life but are we really just fighting biology with a diminishing rate of return?
If it's not a diminished rate of return, that's even worse - making people live to 160 years is a terrible toll upon the younger generations. Earth's molecules are limited, their diversity can't be diminished into enormous numbers of one apex predator ape species.
You have often mentioned the cognitive benefits of taking 20+ grams of creatine in terms of brain performance especially in relation to sleep deprivation. Is there any research done/ taking place in respect of potential benefits of large doses of creatine for prevention of parkinsons or dementia?
Speaking as someone whose BMI has reduced from around 35 to 22 in recent years, I’m constantly astounded at the lack of education or even intervention regarding nutrition compared to that around smoking.
Why is it that smoking is on the path to being outlawed throughout the Western world, when arguably alcohol, sugar and excess carbohydrates are doing even greater damage?
Your comments about efficacy of at least some vigorous exercise fit my experience. I have friends though that have trouble getting over the seeming hump of vigorous exercise. Convincing them to take on the challenge is difficult when they haven't experienced the benefits that result. Suggestions for providing the motivation?
Determining whether a supplement has what it claims and has nothing it shouldn't is difficult. I use ConsumerLabs, a third party without a vested interest. Are there others? How do you evaluate which of the plethora of brands available for any given supplement are the best to use?
I have always wanted to ask about hot sauna for people with MS. I have been told for years that heat is really bad for me but I have seen so much data and your conversations with people about the benefits. Is it safe for me? Or is it more a risk/reward scenario. And can you recommend (beyond Vitamin D and Omegas) what supplementation is good idea for us with Multiple Sclerosis
Are IV bags and tubing for human use tested and held to standards regarding plastic particle content and shedding? Are there "better" practices for those who must receive IV fluids, medications, and blood products with regards to microplastic contamination?
What are the most effective ways to get microplastics out of our bodies?
Hello Dr. Patrick,
Thank you for taking our questions.
What health advice would you give to a newly menopausal woman about exercise, food choices, heat therapy and HRT? What is best practice?
Love your advice! Thank you very much.

Are there any specific exercises for men to maintain muscle mass? Or for women to counter the effects of menopause?
Are there any other health hacks on a par with the Norwegian 4 by 4 you would recommend people do?

Something very marginal must be sacrificed to appease the public and not disrupt/displease The Economy
It's extremely hard to find plastic free clothing, to what extent do we need to avoid plastics in our clothes?

Do you see any health impacts from longterm use of hormone contraceptives? Do you think enough research has been done in this area?
