James Sexton is a renowned New York-based divorce attorney and author known for his work in family law. He has written audiobooks, including “If You’re in My Office, It’s Already Too Late“ and “How Not to F*ck Up Your Marriage,” and is widely recognised on social media and podcasts for his insights on divorce, relationships, and money.
Tomorrow, he is sitting down with Francis and Konstantin to discuss the trends he sees in his day to day work, the main reasons couples get divorced, the different reasons men and women choose to get divorced, the psychology behind it and how to choose the right partner.

Two questions:
1) Divorce reveals who people really are — what’s the biggest surprise you’ve seen in human behaviour during that process?
2) How has technology — texting, social media, dating apps — changed the way people fall in and out of love?
I must say, having heard Saxton speak on other topics, I am very sceptical of his scepticism towards marriage. Largely because I grew up with Jordan Peterson on YouTube and therefore am familiar with all of his counter-arguments that marriage is the best thing a person can do. I would be curious to hear his response to the Jordan Peterson view of marriage, and would be interested to see the two of them speak together.
