Dr. Scott Tinker is an American geologist, educator, energy expert, and documentary filmmaker who focuses on the intersection of energy, environment, and economy. He served 24 years as Director of the Bureau of Economic Geology and State Geologist of Texas, and is now a professor at UT Austin and CEO of Tinker Energy Associates. He founded the Switch Energy Alliance and co-produced the documentary films Switch and Switch On, screened in over 50 countries, and hosts the PBS series Energy Switch.

If you were stood in front of parliament in the UK (or any other way European country) what would be the simplest bit of data or anecdote you would use to prove the point about investing in nuclear? Logic seems to be failing so far, so surely another route to persuade is required
