How is training for strength gains different than training for size gains?
I have concerns about developing heart failure later in life. I'm alcohol and tobacco free, but I'm convinced I was born with a weak heart. I have cronically low blood pressure and when I take off my shirt, I'm as pale as a ghost, which makes me think I have circulation problems. I'm currently 36 years old and male. What lifestyle changes should I consider taking to strengthen my heart? Cheers
