I have concerns about developing heart failure later in life. I'm alcohol and tobacco free, but I'm convinced I was born with a weak heart. I have cronically low blood pressure and when I take off my shirt, I'm as pale as a ghost, which makes me think I have circulation problems. I'm currently 36 years old and male. What lifestyle changes should I consider taking to strengthen my heart? Cheers

Now this is a nice surprise, great fan of Dr Mike, I hope he talks FF into getting on T😂

Jokes aside, any suggestions for men above 35 in optimising for physical and hormonal fitness?

I know it’s a long one, thanks

Have you noticed a difference in the physical capacity of children now if we compare it to 15 years ago? By physical capacity I mean basic sports skills such as running, jumping, throwing and so on. And if so, why? Thank you in advance.

Do you think that a child's upbringing such as parenting and discipline affect the temperament of the child in it's future development?

Also do you think intermittent stress such as giving a child mild challenges and exposure to discipline from adults help benefit their self esteem?

Does chronic stress through abuse and active avoidance of challenges and conflict dent someone's confidence in dealing with life?

In Australia we had decades of advertising telling us that smoking is bad for us. Smoking rates plummeted as a consequence.

Should we have similar advertising campaigns telling us that sugar is bad for us?
