Well the question we have here in Tel Aviv is mostly can we put the closet mirror doors back? (after we removed them fearing blasts and glass. We don't have a safe room)

Cynical Israeli joke aside and after a long day at the Hostages Square watching them coming home. I guess my question is, how can Trump call it peace? Is it a peace plan?

The Palestinians are not really in a better position on the ground. The West Bank is still an occupied area. The focus is naturally on Gaza, but it is still part of what a Palestinian future state wish.

On top of it, the terrorists organisations still very much exist and armed (wiping ideology is not something possible as we all know). Hamas and the Islamic Jihad are just 2 out of many. All still with the same wish to destroy Israel.

Rockets have been fired from the West Bank and terrorist attacks were committed arriving from the West Bank and the families of the terrorists receive money "compensation" for life from Abas' government.

I am also wondering about whether there are similarities to the Oslo Accords that Netanyahu was so against of and part of the violent demonstrations against PM Rabin. Coming on the 30th anniversary of his murder by an Israeli far right extremist. I'm so sorry for the length, I am so confused and after 2 years of constant trauma.

Thank you both for bringing some hope to tired Israelis here.

The architect of 7/10 was released in just such a hostage deal, what are the chances of the newly released batch of prisoners to lead the next generation of Hamas? Any thoughts on what the released Palestinians mean/will do?
