Tony Abbott is a former prime minister of Australia from 2013 to 2015. Abbott’s premiership was notable for the implementation of Operation Sovereign Borders, the objective of which was the cessation of illegal maritime arrivals. In September 2020, he was named an adviser to the British government's Board of Trade. He continues to contribute to international public debate as a writer, public speaker and advocate for conservative causes.
Tomorrow he will be sitting down with Konstantin and Francis to discuss his take on; Western politics, the Trump administration, whether China is a threat, European immigration, Starmer’s Government and more.

Hello Mr Abbott, good to see you back on Triggernometry.
Australia to me would have been the last place I would have expected a sizeable pro Hamas/anti Israeli movement, but nevertheless there appears to be a venemous one. Why do you think that it is and given some of the horrendous antisemitism, have they been tolerated beyond what's reasonable?
A quarter of Australians were born overseas, compared to just 12% of Brits. On top of that, another quarter of Aussies have at least one foreign-born parent. Yet, Australia does not have the same immigration problems the UK does.
If Australia can handle immigration so well, surely other countries should be able to as well. So why is Australia so wildly successful with immigration while the UK is struggling?
